I didnʼt get a confirmation email. Should I be worried?

No need to worry! If you saw the ‘Payment Successful’ screen, your ticket purchase was completed successfully. Check your junk or spam folder — the confirmation email may have ended up there.

Iʼve bought my ticket. What happens next?

Great news, there are no physical tickets to worry about! We use a guest list system, so all you need to do is show up. When you arrive, weʼll check your name on the list and give you your event pass.

I have a disability which requires particular arrangements. Can you help?

We want ESC 2026 to be accessible for everyone. The event stage is accessible by lift from the hotel reception, and our staff and volunteers are on hand to help with anything you need, including purchasing refreshments. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch and weʼll do our best to help.
