Accessibility

It is important to us that ESC 2026 is accessible to as many people as possible. To this end, we have included a number of specific measures to help during the event.

1. All event areas have step-free access.
2. There will be reserved seating in event spaces for attendees who need it.
3. Volunteers will be on hand for attendees who need help during the event, including purchasing refreshments.
4. Printed material for the event can be made available in PDF format on request.
5. Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are welcome at ESC 2026.

An essential companion ticket will be provided for an essential companion where a ticketholder has a registered disability or is in receipt of the disability support available in their home country. On a case-by-case basis we will consider entry of an essential companion for a disabled person who does not meet these criteria. Please contact us with the name you used when purchasing your ticket and the name of your nominated companion.
